Preparations for admission

Water bottle, cup, cutlery, toiletries, slippers
(Purchasing available at the convenience store on the ground floor of the main building)

Round Visit

08:30 - 10:00
(Time of round visit can change due to consultation or surgery.)

Usage of Phone

In case of internal calls

Press the numbers on the phone keypad

In case of external calls

Collect Call: Press 9 and 1541, and then press an area code and access numbers

Nurse Call

In case of inconvenience or emergency in units, press a red emergency bell. In case of calls in rest rooms, press a red emergency bell on the wall.

Guidance for Going Out

Inpatients who try to go out are required to receive the approval of the doctor and nurse in charge and the permission of the Reception Team.

Exchange of sheets and patient clothes

Exchange of sheets and patient clothes is available twice a week.

Blankets can be exchanged at the nurse room.

Guidance and Precautions for Using Hospital Facilities

Do not use an electric heating appliance or a portable gas burner in the hospital or unites, except for humidifiers and radios, for the prevention of fire and explosion.

In case of fire, exit the building via the emergency stairs under the guidance of hospital staff.

Various facilities including a storeroom, a rest room, a water purifier, a microwave oven, a shower booth and a dirty utility room are available in the units.

Auxiliary facilities are prepared for the convenience of patients.

1st basement: fitness room / Ground floor: convenience store / 2nd floor: library

Please take your cash or valuables with you.

After injection, please throw the alcohol-soaked cotton into an infectious waste basket or give it to a nurse.

Please keep bed rails up at all times to prevent patients from falling out of bed.

Smoking or drinking is not allowed inside the hospital.

Application & Guidance for Caregivers

If anyone needs a caregiver, please apply for it at a nurse room of each unit or to a medical social worker of the Public Health Team (Tel: 620-1198, Interoffice Tel: 1198).
